Delivery and Payment

1. Orders and delivery

Katerica (“Katerica” Ltd) offers delivery of its products to an address specified by the customer via the courier company ECONT or using its own transport, depending on the type, dimensions and specific characteristics of the equipment ordered.

Availability and lead times

Some of our products are kept in stock, whilst others are made to order. Due to the variety of our range and the individual characteristics of certain items, we cannot guarantee that all products will be in stock at all times.
If the product you have chosen is not in stock, one of our representatives will contact you by telephone or email to discuss the options and delivery time.
For made-to-order products, the lead time is determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the model, dimensions, specifications and quantity ordered.

2. Prices and delivery charges

Delivery costs are payable by the customer, unless otherwise expressly stated in the terms and conditions of a specific promotion or offer.

How is the delivery charge calculated?

The cost of delivery depends on the weight, dimensions and number of parcels, as well as the chosen delivery method.

When sending items via a courier company, the rates charged by the relevant carrier apply.

For larger installations and orders requiring specialised transport, the terms and costs are agreed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Payment methods

For your convenience, Kateritsa offers the following payment options:

• Cash on delivery – payment upon receipt of the parcel, in cash or by bank card, depending on the courier company’s options. The order is accompanied by the relevant payment and accounting documents – a receipt or a postal money order (PMO) and an invoice.
• Bank transfer – advance payment into Kateritsa’s bank account based on a pro forma invoice or invoice issued.
• Online payment at the time of purchase – when paying via Katerica’s website…
